摘要
建立了改进液液萃取-气相色谱法快速分析水样中氯苯的前处理方法。通过对萃取过程各影响因素的优化,得到最佳萃取条件为:萃取剂为正己烷,萃取剂用量为1.5 mL,萃取时间4 m i n,离心时间4 m i n。当氯苯溶液的浓度范围为1-4 0 m g/L时,相应的加标回收率范围为88.0%-95.5%,相对标准偏差为3.5%-5.2%。
The pretreatment method for rapid analysis of chlorobenzene in water samples by improved liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography was established.Through optimizing the influencing factors in the extraction process,the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: the extractant is n-hexane,and its dosage is 1.5mL,the extraction time and centrifugal time are all 4min.When the chlorobenzene concentration is 1~40mg/L,the corresponding spiked recovery is 88.0%~ 95.5%,the relative standard deviation is 3.5%~5.2%.
