基于ANSYS的转子发动机缸体传热过程有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于ANSYS软件对某转子发动机缸体的传热过程及温度场分布进行模拟,结合缸体外壁面的温度测试结果,有效解决了瞬态换热系数难以确定的问题,实践表明有限元分析的结果对缸体散热设计具有指导作用。 One of the most usual problems occurred in rotary engine development process is the over heat of chamber.In this paper,heat transfer process of chamber is simulated in ANSYS,and thermal distribution calculation is given at max rotate speed.Based on the result of temperature testing of chamber,transient heat transfer coefficient has been determined.The thermal analysis results are important references to cooling design of chamber.
