高海拔地区器质性心脏病患者窦性心率震荡分析

摘要 目的:观察和分析高海拔地区器质性心脏病患者心率震荡现象(HRT)的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法:选择临床上明确诊断为器质性心脏病伴室性期前收缩者30例做观察组。另选择年龄、性别相匹配的有室性期前收缩者而无器质性心脏病患者30例作为对照组。所有受试者均进行24h动态心电图检测,计算HRT指标:震荡初始(T0)、震荡斜率(TS)值。结果:观察组T0值(1.76±2.53)%对照组TO值(-4.89±1.90)%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.001);TS值观察组(4.35±2.67)ms/RRI对照组(11.30±5.18)ms/RRI,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.001),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:高海拔地区器质性心脏病患者HRT现象明显减弱或消失。
