综合医院男性与女性住院病人医疗费用比较分析

Comparative Analysis of the Medical Cost of the Male or the Female Inpatients Hospitalized in General Hospital

目的：了解男性与女性住院病人医疗费用的差异特征。方法：对成都市某三级甲等医院男性与女性住院病人的住院医疗费用特征进行分析。结果：①住院者性别比例1．33；②合计组的男性住院者例均住院费用和例均药品费用均高于女性（P〈0．05）；③除0～14岁组外，其余各年龄组男性住院者的例均住院费用和例均药品费用均高于女性（P〈0．05）。结论；男性对医疗卫生资源的消耗高于女性，性别是进行卫生规划和卫生筹资时应当考虑的因素之一。

Objective： To explore the medical cost difference between the male and the female inpatients. Methods： Analyzed the medical cost of the male or the female inpatients hospitalized in a Type One Grade Three hospital of Chengdu. Results： The ratio of the male to female is 1.33. Both the average medical cost and the average drugs fee of the male patients were higher than that of the female counterpart （P〈0. 05）. Likewise, the average medical cost and the average drugs fee of the male in each age group were higher than that of the female （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The consumption of the health resoures of the male patients is higher than that of female. Sexuality is a factor that should be taken into the health planning and fund raising account.
