摘要
以世界银行HDM-Ⅲ模型中的行驶车速模型为基础,探索在混合交通下应用该模型进行公路建设投资经济评价的途径.通过不同等级公路混合交通下的车辆运行试验,建立HDM-Ⅲ的主观限速与我国的服务水平限速的转换模型,在此基础上考虑道路宽度变化对主观限速的影响,并建立综合转换模型.为引进和应用世行HDM-Ⅲ模型提供经验.
On the base of the steadystate speed model in the HDM model of the World Bank,the economic evaluation of investment has been probed in the highway construction in the mixed traffic.By the vehicle travelling test in several grades of highways with the mixed traffic,the change model between the desired speed in the HDM model and the service speed in China has been estabilshed.The effect of highway width on the desired speed was considered on the base of these work,and estaklishes the whole change model were established,so as to provide the experience for HDM model of the World Bank.
