摘要
根据建筑保温原理设计新型保温被结构,采用NY/T 1831—2009温室覆盖材料保温性能测定方法测试保温性能,以北京温室基地使用各种保温被实测棚温的平均值做对比,讨论了新型保温材料结构设计的合理性和上述行业标准评价的可行性。结果表明新型保温被结构双面防水、芯材采用热熔絮棉,保温性能优于其他同等面密度的保温被和草帘子,且700 g/m2左右芯材的新型保温被能够在冬季最低温度-15℃以上地区使用。上述行业标准对保温材料保温性能评价存在一定缺陷,即对吸湿性材料户外使用中受雨雪影响的因素未有考虑。
In this article,new structure of greenhouse covering quilt was founded on principle of building insulation,and its insulation performance was analyzed by the tests of industry standard NY/T1831—2010 and the comparation tests of actual room temperature in Beijing greenhouses.Then the reasonability of new structure and the feasibility of NY/T1831—2009 standard were evaluated.The result was that new structure of greenhouse covering quilt has water-proof in both sides and heat-bonded wadding in core;its thermal insulation performance was better than other covering materials and straw curtains.D700 can be used in the area where the lowest temperature in winter is no more than-15℃.And the evalution of industry standard test ignored thermal insulation performance of hygroscopic materials outdoor in rain and snow.
