摘要
为改善聚丙烯SMS非织造布(以下简称SMS)的柔软性能,研究了柔软剂结合低温等离子体处理对SMS柔软性能的影响,并通过正交试验研究了等离子体处理的功率、时间和真空度对改性效果的影响。结果表明,等离子体处理功率是影响SMS柔软改性的主要因素;等离子体处理最佳工艺条件为:处理功率125 W,真空度40 Pa,处理时间7 min,SMS在此条件下处理后柔软改性效果显著。结合扫描电镜图分析了SMS的结构特征,并指出SMS结构与柔软性能的关系以及等离子体处理的作用。
In order to improve soft performance of PP SMS nonwovens,the softener combine with low temperature plasma treatment to improve the soft performance of SMS nonwovens was studied.The modification effect was investigated through orthogonal experiments,which included such factors as plasma power,treatment time and vacuum degree.The results showed that the treatment power was the key factor in the soft modification of SMS nonwovens.The optimal conditions for plasma treatment were plasma power of 125 W,vacuum degree of 40 Pa and treatment time of 7 min.The soft modification of SMS nonwovens was remarkable,when SMS nonwovens was treated in this condition.The structural characteristics of SMS nonwovens was discussed by means of SEM,and the relationship between the structure and the soft performance of SMS nonwovens and the role of plasma treatment were pointed out.
