摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切综合征(TURS)的发生原因与治疗措施。方法回顾性分析2005年5月～2009年5月施行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的208例麻醉过程的教训,其中术中发生TURS共计14例。结果本组病例经积极治疗后病情得到缓解,未发生严重并发症。结论 TURS是TURP最严重的并发症,术中大量灌洗液吸收是TURS发生的原因。
Objective To evaluate the causes and treatment measures of TURP syndrome（TURS）. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the anesthesia lessons of 208 cases transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） surgery performed from May 2005 to May 2009, and 14 cases of TURS occurred in surgery. Results The disease conditions of this group were alleviated and no serious complications occurrd after active treatment. Conclusion TURS is the most serious complication of TURP, and the absorption of a lot of irrigating fluid during operation is the reason.
