胃大部切除后十二指肠残端瘘30例临床分析

Clinical Investigation of 30 Cases with Duodenal Stump Leakage after Large Partial Gastrectomy

目的对胃大部切除后十二指肠残端瘘发生的原因、治疗方法进行分析。方法对本院30例十二指肠残端瘘患者临床资料进行研究,回顾性分析了十二指肠残端瘘发生后的治疗方法。结果 10年来我院行胃大部切除术(B-II式)共723例,发生十二指肠残端瘘30例,发生率4.1%。非手术治疗17例,手术治疗13例。治愈率93.3%。结论对出现十二指肠残端瘘患者要根据实际情况采取手术治疗或者非手术治疗。

Objective To explore the reason and treatment method of duodenal stump leakage after large partial gastrectomy. Methods Retrospective study of clinical data and treatment method of 30 cases of duodenal stump leakage after large partial gastrectomy. Results 723 cases were treated with large partial gastrectomy（B-II types）,and there were 30 cases were duodenal stump leakage after large partial gastrectomy,the occurrence rate was .4.1%.17 cases were treated with non-surgical,and surgical 13 cases. Total cure rate was 93.3%. Conclusion we should take the suitable treatment for the duodenal stump leakage according to the actual situation.
