摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定阿育魏实中的微量元素。方法用硝酸-高氯酸进行消解,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定阿育魏实样品中B、Ba、Cu、Sr、Ti、Zn、Mn、P、Ni、Mg、Ca、Co、C、Al、Fe等多种微量元素的含量。结果其相对标准偏差为0.42%~2.8%,回收率为96.2%~101.6%,维药阿育魏实中含比较丰富的Ca、Mg、Fe、K元素,微量元素在其中可能起到一定的药理作用。结论 ICP-AES法具有测定简单,快速,灵敏度高,准确的特点,适用于阿育魏实中微量元素的测定。
Objective To establish a method of detecting the trace elements in Trachyspermum.Methods A method of determination of trace elements in Trachyspermu including B,Ba,Cu,Sr,Ti,Zn,Mn,P,Ni,Mg,Ca,Co,C,Al,Fe was established by using ICP-AES together with HNO3-HClO4 digestion.Results The average recovery was 96.2%~101.6% and the RSD of 0.42%~2.8%.The useful data showed relatively abundant Ca,Mg,Fe,K was detected in Trachyspermum.The trace elements play an important medical role in this plant medicine probably.Conclusion The method offers traits of simpleness,speediness,high sensitivity and exactness,and was applied to the determination of trace elements in Trachyspermum.
