防治灰飞虱高毒力药剂的室内筛选

摘要 采用麦茎浸渍法,室内评价了吡虫啉、高效氯氟氰菊酯、丁硫克百威、氧化乐果、阿维菌素、啶虫脒和毒死蜱7种药剂对灰飞虱若虫的毒力。结果表明:有机磷类药剂毒死蜱对灰飞虱若虫的毒力最高,其LC50值仅为1.08×101mg/L;其次是抗生素类药剂阿维菌素,其LC50值为1.49×101mg/L;新烟碱类药剂吡虫啉、菊酯类药剂高效氯氟氰菊酯和氨基甲酯类药剂丁硫克百威对灰飞虱若虫的毒力也较高,3种药剂的LC50值均在5.00×101 mg/L以下。这5种药剂的毒力水平明显高于高毒农药氧化乐果。 The toxicities of imidacloprid,lambda-cyhalothrin,carbosulfan,omethoate,abamectin,acetamiprid and chlorpyrifos to the nymph of Laodelphgax striatellus were determined by dipping method.The results indicated that chlorpyrifos had the highest toxicity,and the LC50 was 1.08×101 mg/L.The LC50 of abamectin was 1.49×101 mg/L.Imidacloprid,lambda-cyhalothrin and carbosulfan also had higher toxicities,and the LC50 of those chemicals were all lower than 5.00×101 mg/L.The toxicities of these mentioned insecticides were higher than omethoate.
