团队后援行为研究进展

摘要 团队后援行为是指团队成员对本团队内不能完成任务的成员提供资源和援助,以帮助其完成任务的行为。文章首先介绍了后援行为的概念,其与助人行为的区别。其次介绍这种行为对团队绩效的作用。然后再介绍影响后援行为的三大类因素。最后指出了现存研究中存在的问题及今后研究方向。
