计划谬误研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 计划谬误是个体和组织中非常普遍的现象,文章基于对计划谬误领域研究文献的梳理,概述了计划谬误的理论、分类及干预措施。综述了内外部观点、自我表达及团体强化效应,归纳了预设谬误、拆分谬误与格式化谬误是计划谬误的三种基本形式,并对不同计划谬误的干预措施进行了分析概括。
