摘要
选用茄子单性结实性差异显著的5个材料,按完全双列杂交半轮配试验设计配成10个杂交组合,对茄子单性结实性状进行遗传效应研究。结果表明:茄子单性结实属多基因控制的数量性状,主要受基因的加性效应控制,其狭义遗传率和广义遗传率均较高,F1代超亲优势均为负值。
The genetic effect of parthenocarpy in eggplant was studied according to 10 hybrid combinations made by 5 different parthenocarpic lines with half mating design.The results showed that the parthenocarpy was quantitatively inherited,which was mainly controlled by additive effects.The narrow-sense heritability and broad-sense heritability were higher.The transgressive heterosis of F1 generation expressed negative.
