摘要
结合南通市粮棉油适度规模经营的现状和存在的问题,从政府农业部门的层面,对促进土地流转、基础设施建设、资金配套及农业专业化服务作了一些探索思考。
According the current status and existing problems of moderate scale management of cereal,cotton and oil in Nantong,some exploration and thinking about promoting the land circulation,infrastructure construction,supporting fund and agricultural specialized service are carried out from the level of agricultural departments of government.
