Study on Family Education in Underdeveloped Areas in New Rural Construction

在贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的过程中,根据我国社会转型背景下农村经济欠发达地区成为家庭教育问题发生的"重灾区"这一新情况及其成因的特殊性,有针对性地采取深化城乡二元社会制度改革与发展农村经济并举、千方百计提升父母教育孩子的能力、积极推动农村营造一个良好的文化教育环境、引导和帮助隔代教育与亲属代管教育正面作用的充分发挥等配套措施与对策,从根本上加以解决。

During implementing the outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development（2010-2020）,the main problems in rural family education in underdeveloped areas under the background of social transformation in China,and the specialization of the reasons are analyzed.The countermeasures are put forward.
