摘要
以邻苯二胺和醋酸为原料合成2-甲基苯并咪唑,探究了反应摩尔比、反应时间及少量还原锌粉对产率的影响,找出了最佳反应条件,并用红外光谱和质谱对产物结构进行分析。实验结果表明,醋酸与邻苯二胺的摩尔比为1.8∶1,反应时间为4h,加入适量锌粉,2-甲基苯并咪唑的产率可达87.6%。
This study used o-phenylenediamine and acetic acid as the raw materials,to explore the impact of the reaction molar ratio of raw materials,reaction time and the amount of reduction zinc powder on yield,We find the best reaction conditions and the structure of synthesized products were characterized by IR and GC/MS.The experiments results show that the yield of 2-methyl Benziminazole can be up to 87.6.5% which acetic acid : o-phenylenediamine is 1.8:1,reaction time is 4h and add proper amount zinc powder reduction.
