喷射器吸入性能的模拟研究

摘要 根据EAS喷射器实际作业吸入溶液为30%NaOH的溶液要求和相似原理设计了微型喷射器,进行了不同比重盐水下的性能模拟试验,得到了不同比重下微型喷射器吸入重量的性能曲线,并讨论了用盐水试验替代30%NaOH的溶液试验的可行性。 This paper,according to the requirement of EAS drawing 30% NaOH solution and on the basis of similarity principle,designs a mini EAS.It conducts performance tests of salt waters of different specific gravities in mini-EAS,elicits performance curves of inhalation weights of salt water of different specific gravities,and discusses the feasibility of replacing 30% NaOH solution with salt water.
