肉鸡腹水症和右心室扩张关系的研究

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ASCITES AND STRESS IN BROILERS

本试验研究表明，右心室重与心室重之比值（ＲＶ／ＴＶ）可作为测量肉鸡右心扩张的可靠指标，并有助十肉鸡腹水症的诊断。腹水病肉鸡的右心扩张和肝脏肿大常并存，而心扩张肉鸡的右心扩张病变明显，而肝肿大病变不明显。因此，高营养水平日粮、鸡舍内有害气体和药物应激引起右心扩张最终导致腹水症。

One-day-old broilers (100,120,60) were utilized for test of dietary nutritionlevels, harmful gas in chicken loop and drugs stress. The result shows as follows : Rightventricular weight/total ventricular weight (RV/TV) is used as a credible evaluation parameterof RVH, and contributive to early diagnosis of ascites in broilers. There were RVH and enlargedliver in ascetic broiler, but there were only RVH and no apparent enlarged liver RVH'sbroiler .so high dietary nutrient level, harmful gas in chicken loop and drugs stress probablycaused broilers to become RVH in broilers and eventually develop ascites.
