球墨铸铁熔模铸件表面质量的研究

Study on Surface Quality of Investment Casting Ductile Iron

分析影响球铁精铸件表面质量的因素,证明耐火粉料种类、粉液比、浇注温度是影响精铸球铁件表面质量的主要因素。应用铝硅系耐火材料如铝矾土作面层粉料,是精铸球铁件的最佳选择,铸件表面质量优于目前的铸钢件。

This paper emphasis analyse affecting factors of surface quality of inverstment casting ductile iron. It is proved that kinds of refractory pulverulence, pulverulence binder ratio, pouring temperature are main factors on surface qulity of investment casting ductile iron. Explorting alumino silicate refractory material system such as bauxite pulverulence as the primary slurry will be the best choice for the investment casting ductile iron and its surface qulity is beter than steel casting in investment casting.
