A Study of Multiple-conflict Resolving Mechanism in a Harmonious Society

社会转型时期社会矛盾的复杂性,表现在境外因素与境内因素相互勾联,传统安全与非传统安全相互交织,虚拟社会与现实社会相互渗透,敌我矛盾与人民内部矛盾相互混杂。转型时期社会矛盾的主要特征表现在矛盾的广泛与复杂,矛盾的缓解与激化,矛盾的量变与质变。和谐社会视野下多元化社会矛盾化解机制的构建涉及民意表达、情报信息、风险评估、矛盾排查、矛盾调解、危机管理、责任追究、理论研究等八个方面。

During the process of social transformation,conflicts are rather complex,namely collusion of internal and external hostile forces,integration of conventional and non-conventional securities,interaction of cyberspace and real life and mixture of contradictions among people and opponents.The conflicts during this period are characterized by extensiveness and complexity,alleviation and intensification,quantitative change and qualitative change.The resolution mechanism involves expression of popular opinion,information,crisis evaluation,analysis of conflicts,mediation of conflicts,crisis management,responsibility investigation and theoretical study.
