前列腺癌干细胞的理论与技术新观念 被引量:1

摘要 在西方国家前列腺癌是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤,占男性癌症死因的第2位。我国前列腺癌发病率虽较西方国家低,但近年随着人口老龄化及饮食习惯的改变,发病率也有明显增加的趋势。肿瘤千细胞是存在于肿瘤组织中的一小部分具有干细胞性质的细胞群体,具有自我复制增殖的能力,是形成不同分化程度肿瘤细胞及肿瘤转移、耐药和复发等现象的根源。最近在前列腺癌中也发现了肿瘤干细胞的存在,称为前列腺癌干细胞。通过对前列腺癌干细胞的研究,人们对前列腺癌发生、发展,诊断、治疗及预后的判断提高到一个新的阶段。
