国家现代化与职业技术教育状况紧密相关。针对我国职业技术教育受制于认识和制度的现实,必须调整教育结构体系,使职业技术教育处于中心环节。当前贯彻落实国家中长期教育改革发展规划纲要,有必要也有可能把发展职业技术教育作为一个突破口。

The modernization of a country is closely related to the state of its vocational technical education.But the development of the education in China is strongly restricted by the current cognition and system.Thus the whole educational structure must be adjusted so as to make vocational technical education as the central link of its own.It is necessary and possible to take the development of vocational technical education as a breakthrough in carrying out the national education reform and development of long-term planning program.
