摘要
高职教师评价应遵循素质教育理念和高等职业教育理念,按照高职教育人才培养模式的要求和素质教育倡导的原则,重点对高职教师学习能力、教学能力、科研能力及实践能力进行评价,从而提高教师的能力和水平,促进高职教育的发展。
In this paper,the author discusses the teachers' evaluation in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of quality education.We should follow the theory of quality education and Higher Vocational Education based on the requirements of higher vocational educational talent cultivation pattern.Besides,we should insist on the principle of quality education,and pay attention to the teachers' special ability of learning,teaching,researching and practicing.Only in this way,can we promote the development of both teachers and education in higher vocational colleges.
