摘要
从中小学校长在职的并持续整个校长职业生涯的角度出发,根据校长终身发展具有阶段性且存在着个性差异的特点,以及对培训的需求,从"主题"培训和课题研究入手,探讨实施中小学校长终身发展培训模式的方法。
From the perspective of in-service and the whole vocational career of the principal and based on the features that are characteristic of the principal's life-long development at different stages and with individual differences, and the demand for training, this paper, proceeding from "theme'training and topic research,discusses the ways to implement the training mode for the life-long development of the primary and middle school principals.
