摘要
探讨高校图书馆服务创新工作,为读者提供满意的服务,是图书馆适应高校发展的关键所在。本文结合高校图书馆目前服务工作的现状,探讨从服务创新的条件、内容、标准等方面提出了自己的看法,促进图书馆的全面发展。
The paper discusses service innovations of library of university,presenting readers＇ satisfaction,which is the key to its development.The paper makes views from condition,content and standard of service based on the present situation,in order to motivate overall development of library of university.
