摘要
鸡的球虫病主要是由艾美耳属的肠道原生寄生虫引起的。几乎所有养鸡的地方都会发生球虫病,特别是在发展规模化、集约化养禽业的今天,球虫病已经成为阻碍集约化养鸡生产发展的全球性疾病,其防治也一直受到兽医工作者的重视。针对河北省昌黎县鸡球虫病感染情况,在2010年2—4月期间进行了流行病学、临床诊断、尸体剖检、实验室诊断、药物治疗方法等方面的调查。结果表明,该县鸡球虫病在调查阶段的发病率为15%～30%,死亡率几乎为零。
Chicken coccidiosis is mainly caused by intestinal protozoan parasites belonging to Eimeria.It occurs in almost all chicken farms.Particularly with the development of large-scale and intensive poultry industry,coccidiosis has become a global disease which restricts the production and development of intensive poultry.Its prevention and control have also attracted attention from veterinary workers.The coccidiosis infection was investigated in a county in Hebei Province from February 2010 and April 2010.Its epidemiology,clinical diagnosis,necropsy,laboratory diagnosis,and drug treatment were also investigated.The results showed that the incidence of coccidiosis was 15%-30%,and the mortality rate was almost zero.
