The reform and development of the victims＇ rights to participate in criminal proceedings is a prominent aspect of international criminal justice policy.The protection of the victims＇ rights is the embodiment of scientific and fair value in the mechanism of criminal proceedings.In criminal proceedings,not only should the protection of the rights of the accused be improved but also the legal protection of the victims＇ rights should be strengthened at the same time.This is the only way to completely and fully reflect the meaning of human rights protection in criminal proceedings and prevent the litigation activities from deviating from the fair track.
