An Analysis of the Inadequacies in the Attributes of Public Safety and the Modes of Supply

我国对公共安全的研究才刚刚起步,当前的研究多是立足于突发事件的应对。从公共安全的整体性和全过程角度来对公共安全进行相关研究还较少。公共物品理论提供了这样一个视角,即通过对公共安全的属性和供应模式的探究,来分析我国公共安全供应模式的缺陷,以便找寻完善这一模式的对策。

The research of public safety in China is only just beginning.The studies nowadays are mainly about the emergencies and their countermeasures while only a few studies are about the whole process of public safety.The Theory of Public Goods provides us with a perspective of finding strategies for improving this mode through the analysis of the defects in the attributes of public safety and the modes of supply.
