摘要
通过对我国警察职业倦怠的成因进行解构与分析可以看出,我国警察职业倦怠主要是由警察执法认知水平和管理水平与当今社会发展不协调造成的,应针对我国警察的工作实际采取相应的措施缓解警察职业倦怠的状况。
The analysis of the causes of police job burnout is conducted in this article by using the methods of literature and comparison.The conclusion is police job burnout mainly due to the fact that police enforcement of cognitive level and management level does not correspond with the society nowadays.This article also puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the police job burnout in accordance with the actual situation.
