摘要
要想实现造就一支政治业务素质高、实战能力强的应用型、复合型专门人才队伍的目标,就必须加大对人才培养体制改革与创新的力度。这样的新要求对于公安院校的学生管理也必然提出了新挑战。为此,应在分析招录体制改革后学生新特点的基础上,从促进学生管理制度的创新与完善、促进考核评价机制的重新定位、努力培育学院与用人单位联合培养的模式等方面探寻应对新形势的措施和对策。
To create a politically and professionally high and high combat capability of the applicable and compound type expertise as the goal,we must increase our efforts on the reform and innovation of personnel training system.Faced with the new requirement,it has inevitably raised new challenges for the management of the police college students.To this end,based on the new features of the students of the police recruitment system reform,we try to explore measures and countermeasures under the new situation to improve student management system innovation,promote the reorientation of the assessment and evaluation mechanism,and strive to foster the model of joint training between our institute and the employer.
