目前，北京的经侦工作和经侦队伍建设整体上与打防形势要求还存在着一些不适应，影响和制约着首都经侦工作的进步和发展。透视近年来经济犯罪的总体形势、特点和发展趋势，客观、科学地审视经侦工作的职能定位和作用发挥，切实加强和改进经侦工作是一项紧迫而长期的任务。

At present time, the work of economic crime investigation and the construction of economic crime investigation troop in Beijing is some not adapted to the ＂striking and preventing＂ situation on the whole. This fact influenced and restricted the progress and development of the economic crime investigation work. Observing the general situation, characteristics, developing trend of economic crime and surveying the function of economic crime investigation work impartially and scientifically, we can know enhancing and improving the work of economic crime investigation is urgent and long-term task.
