摘要
作为一种新的评价理念,绩效工资在英、美等国的教育领域得到实践。绩效工资的显著特点是绩效与薪酬联系起来,其实施目的是促进教师的专业化发展,改善教师的教学水平,提升教育质量。尽管在理论和实践的效果上绩效工资仍存有争议,但这样的改革理念及其实践中遇到的问题将无疑会对我国教育领域的工资制度改革和实践创新提供重要的借鉴意义。
As a new assessment concept,merit pay has been applied in education of Britain,the United States and other countries.Merit pay is characterized by a clear link between pay practices and performance with the purpose of promoting the development of teacher's professionalization,improving the level of teaching and teaching quality.Although merit pay is controversial in theory and practice the reform idea and some problems in practice provide important guides to the reform of the salary system in Cnina′s education.
