摘要 党政人才队伍建设是一个动态的系统工程。贵阳市党政人才队伍建设取得了一些成效但也存在若干问题。我们只有建立党政人才创新选拔机制、创新培养机制、创新激励机制、创新监督管理机制、坚持党管人才的党政人才开发体系,才能为贵阳党政人才队伍的建设做出贡献。 Party and governmental personal team building is a dynamic affair. The practice in this aspect has been proved successfut in Guiyang with some issues along the way. Wewill analyze the steps the City of GuiYang took to achieve this goal: utilizing innovation selection process; initating innovative training system; adoptcing creative incentive mechanisms; streamlining the regulatory committee, and adhering to human resources rules.
