摘要
在建设和谐社会的今天,调解在社会生活中越显重要。而调解理由是创造和谐的最积极的因素。作者从调解理由存在的必要性、调解理由的适度性、调解理由的立法形式认可等三方面对调解理由进行了分析,提出了自己的观点。
In the harmontows society foday, Amicabce conciliation has becn increasingly crifical in the harmonious soviety today and espelially in the process of harmo niows rural community constructuion. For this reason, legal mediation has proven indispensable. We will attempt to analyze its importance from the aspects：inctuding the demand, moderation, and the implementation of legal mediation.
