多晶硅破碎筛分机结构设计与分析

摘要 太阳能级多晶硅纯度为"6个9",其棒料纯度高、硬度大,在破碎过程中不能受到金属和碳等杂质的污染。本文阐述一种多晶硅棒料破碎筛分机的设计,并通过计算说明了锤杆及锤头参数的选取。该装置采用锤式冲击破碎,锤头与硅棒接触面积小、接触时间短。直接参与破碎的零件采用硬质合金,其他与多晶硅接触的零件采用超高分子量聚乙烯板隔离,不污染多晶硅。本机结构简单,设计合理,具有较好的实用性. Solar-grade polycrystalline silicon has a purity of 99.9999%.These materials of Polysilicon bar have the characters of high purity and hardness.It should be protected from the pollution of metals and impurities containing carbon in the process of crashing.The paper intends to introduce a kind of crash and sieve of Polysilicon.Hammer impacting-crushing is used in this device due to the small contact area within hammer and Polysilicon bar as well as the short period of touching time.The parts which are directly involved in the crash are made of cemented carbide,other parts touching Polysilicon are mode of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene to protect it from the pollution.The system is simple,rational,and practical.Moreover,it introduced the parameters of hammer and hammer rod by calculation.
