建设学习型党组织是每一个共产党员的责任,每一个共产党员都应该自觉地以自己的实际行动参与到建设中去,以宗旨意识为标杆,以责任意识为基点,以积极向上的工作态度为动力,以正确的学习态度为支撑点,投身到学习型党组织的建设中来。

Building a learning party organization is the duty of every party member. Each party member needs to be responsible, have a sense of purpose, have an unwavering attitude, and consciously make oneself a shinning example to others to actively promote the party ideals.
