摘要
中共遵义县委自2009年以来,以服务型党组织创建活动作为推动全县基层党建工作的抓手,紧紧围绕"三个服务"创建主题、"五大提升"创建目标和"五大体系"创建内容,以服务网络建设为主线,着眼于提升党员干部服务能力,着眼于增强基层党组织凝聚力、战斗力和号召力,不断提升了基层党建工作水平,切实为推动全县率先发展、加快发展、科学发展提供了坚强的组织保障,为进一步推动基层党组织建设走出一条新路。
Since 2009, ZunYi Central Committee has been constructing the service oriented grassroots party organization based on the three principles： ＂Three Service＂, ＂Five Enhancements＂, and ＂Five Foundations＂. The is to improve cadre service capacity and to enhance cohesion within grassroots party organizations by utilizing a robust service network.Its success will lay a strong foundation for the expansion of future party organization construction.
