随着经济社会发展水平的快速提升,城市建筑垃圾必然大幅增加,要按照科学发展观和循环经济的理念,围绕建筑垃圾(渣土)减量化、资源化和无害化管理原则,运用城市数字化管理体系,促进城市建筑垃圾循环利用市场化平台的形成。

As the social-economic standards improve, it is natural that urban construction waste increases drastically. Thus, it is imperative that a robust construction waste and residue management system be in place to tackle this growing issue. The system needs to incorporate the latest ＂green＂ technology to minimize construction waste, digitize the urban management system for resource management; promote recycling of the residue to mitigate toxic wastes, and increase ovrersight of construction sites to timely correct any improper actions.
