摘要
在传统的党校干部培训中,教学方式主要是通过教师课堂讲解,学员自己看书,两种途径的传授和吸收的信息量有限。信息社会下怎样才能高效率地传输大量信息,提高教学的效率,是我们目前党校干部培训中必须正视和解决的问题。
Traditional method of teaching dictates that teacher lectures, while students study the course books. This parallel way of teaching limits the amount of the information transmitted and absorbed. To improve this non- communicative way of information transmission and teaching efficiency is the the goal of the party school cadre training.
