摘要
变模温注射成型工艺采用动态的模温控制方法,聚合物熔体在该过程中经历了和传统注射成型不同的热机械历史,继而制品翘曲和传统注射制品有所差异.为获知制品较小翘曲量所对应的加工工艺条件设置,文中对变模温注射制品和传统注射制品的翘曲进行数值模拟并比较差异.从比较结果可见,制品的翘曲量在改变工艺设置后从6.12×10-2mm减小到6.89×10-5mm,由此得知,合适的变模温工艺设置能够有效减小成型制品的翘曲变形.
Compared with the conventional injection molding(CIM) process,the rapid temperature response molding(RTRM) process uses variable temperature of mold,and the thermal and mechanical history of polymer melt undergone in RTRM process is different.Therefore,the warpage of the two kinds of processes is not same.This paper presented the advantage of RTRM process that could get the minimum warpage.Furthermore,a flat part was studied and the numerical simulation was carried out for both RTRM and CIM process.The results show that the warpage decreases from 6.12×10-2 to 6.89×10-5 mm owing to the suitable setting of processing parameters.
