摘要
为控制白车身焊装过程中焊点的超差现象,应用多元统计分析理论中的因子分析方法来处理误差数据识别误差源,并且根据因子分析理论推导出误差数据的修正模型,计算出修正量,作为对误差源调整的参考。最后通过对实际案例的分析,验证因子分析在白车身焊装误差监控过程中的有效性.
For controlling the ultra-poor phenomenon of welding point in the process of BIW welding,this paper applies factor analysis in the theory of multivariate statistical analysis to deal with error data identification of error sources,on the basis of factor analysis theory,sets up error data correction model,and calculates the correction as a reference for adjusting error sources.Finally,this paper validates the effectiveness of factor analysis in BIW welding error control through case study.
