温度对菠萝叶渣厌氧发酵产气特性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 通过自行研究设计的恒温发酵装置,以菠萝叶渣为发酵原料,在C/N为25∶1,总固体物浓度(TS)为20%,接种量为30%的条件下,在25~40℃温度范围内,以5℃为梯度,进行批量厌氧发酵试验,研究发酵温度对菠萝叶渣厌氧发酵产气特性的影响。研究结果表明,发酵温度为35℃的试验组的产气量为662.8 L,明显优于其他3组;而发酵时间也稍小于其他3组,而甲烷含量与其他3组相差不大。菠萝叶渣厌氧发酵在其发酵温度时产气速率、产气量均随温度的升高而增大;当超出35℃时,产气速率减小,产气量下降。说明发酵时间不是随着温度的升高而缩短,单一以温度来断定发酵时间的长短是不切合实际的。 The paper with the design voluntarily the constant temperature fermentation installment,ferments raw material by pineapple leaf residues,in C/N was 25:1,the total solid density(TS) was 20%,the vaccination quantity was under 30% conditions,in 25~40℃ the temperature range,taken 5℃ as the gradient,carried on the batch anaerobic fermentation experiment,studied the fermentation temperature on production of the pineapple leaf residues anaerobic fermentation is mad the characteristic influence.The results showed that fermentation temperature for 35℃ the experimental group produces the biogas was 662.8 L,surpasses other three groups obviously;But the fermentation time is also smaller than other three group,but the methane content and other three groups of phase differences were not big.Pineapple leaf residues anaerobic fermentation when its fermentation temperature range for 35℃ produces the air speed rate and produces the biogas to elevate along with the temperature increases;When surpasses for 35℃ the temperature range,the produces of air speed rate to reduce,produces the biogas to drop.The fermentation time was not elevated along with the temperature reduces,by the temperature concluded solely the fermentation time the length was not realistic.
