麝香百合杂交新品种“白玉”特异性的分子鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 采用RAPD标记技术,对新铁炮百合"雷山"(Lilium×formolongii‘Raizan’)、麝香百合"白森林"(Lilium longiflorum‘White Forest’)及其杂交后代"白玉"(Lilium longiflorum‘Baiyu’)的特异性进行了研究。从150条随机引物中筛选出13条具有多态性或者特异性且条带清晰的引物,共扩增出143条带。将这些条带分成7种类型,分析了亲缘关系及杂交后代特异性。RAPD技术能成功地检测到子代的特异性条带,说明该技术是麝香百合杂交新品种特异性检测的有效分子工具。 The distinctness of the Lilium longiflorum'Baiyu',its parents Lilium×formolongii 'Raizan'and Lilium longiflorum 'White Forest' were tested by RAPD analysis.143 clear and stable bands were obtained from 13 random primers,which were selected from 150 primers.To identify the distinctness and relationship of the three lily varieties,the bands were divided into seven groups.RAPD analysis could test successfully the distinctive bands of the filial generation,so it was concluded that RAPD maker was an effective molecular tool for distinctness testing of new lily variety.
