浅谈目标管理在农业科研院所办公室管理中的运用

目标管理是一种科学管理的方法,分析了农业科研院所办公室工作的重要性以及应用目标管理理论的可行性,再从目标的设定、目标的分解与实施、目标的追踪与监控、目标的考核与反馈等4个层面论述了农业科研院所办公室运用目标管理的策略。

MBO（management by objectives）is a kind of scientific management method,this paper analysed the importance of office in the institute of agricultural scientific research,then discussed the feasibility of MBO,and analysed the countermeasures of MBO in the office of agricultural scientific research from the setting of object,the decompose and actualize of object,the pursuing and monitoring of object,the examing and feedback of object.
