关于微机防误验电装置设计原理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 合母线侧及线路侧接地刀时,往往需要验明对侧无电后方允许操作。操作人员断闸后不经过验电直接挂接地线、没有安全断电而误入带电间隔或者带接地装置误送电等人为造成的事故时有发生。针对目前变电站、电厂以及地铁设施中微机防误验电存在的问题,通过对开发的3种验电装置的设计原理进行分析探讨,对每种验电装置在使用运行中所存在的优缺点进行比较、总结,并提出一些见解和使用注意事项。 When closing the earthing switch on the bus-bas and transmission line,the operation is allowed only after verifying that no electricity is on the opposite side.Human accidents occur occasionally when operators directly close the grounding wire without electric inspection,and when operations enter the live bay without the safe break-off of the live line,and when electricity is sent directly with the earthing device connected.In order to solve the existing problems in electrical inspection of the microcomputer system for preventing misoperations in substations,power plants and subway facilities and based on the comparative analysis of the three kinds of design principles for electrical inspection,this paper overviewed the advantages and disadvantages of each electrical inspection device in operation,and put forwards some suggestions as well as precautions in the hope to offer beneficial reference to the technicians involved.
