为提高西北电网在应对自然灾害和突发事件时的应急通信保障能力,建设了机动应急通信系统。介绍该系统的组成和功能,并结合西北电网的实际情况,重点讨论在不同应用场合下的组网方式和应用模式,为增强应急通信系统的灵活性、实用性,确保其在应急场合发挥最佳功效提供参考依据。

The flexible emergency communication system in the northwest power grid is built to smooth the communication of Northwest Power Grid under the circumstances of natural disasters or emergencies.This paper firstly described the structure and function of this system.While taking the actual conditions of the grid into consideration,the study particularly proposed and discussed the networking and application schemes under different circumstances,and the schemes proposed were designed to enhance the flexibility and practicability of the flexible emergency communication system,and ensured optimal application under emergent circumstances.
