摘要
不同的气候环境下,电力系统的可靠性水平及电网的运行能力是不同的。恶劣性气候时设备所承受的物理压力要比正常气候情况下大得多(如覆冰,飓风等)。传统未考虑气候因素的可靠性评估,其可靠性指标结果误差较大,可能会影响运行规划人员的决策分析。考虑极端恶劣气候因素,采用三状态气候模型,使用状态空间法分析某配电系统可靠性水平,并进行误差分析,以此保证可靠性分析的客观实际性,说明其现实意义。
Under different weather conditions,the reliability performance and operation ability of power system can vary.The physical stresses placed upon system components are much higher in the adverse weather(such as icing or hurricanes) than that in common weather.The conventional reliability assessment,which excludes weather conditions as a variable,usually results in reliability index with errors.It therefore may have negative effects on the operation planning and design.This paper took into consideration of the adverse weather conditions,and it used a three-state weather model and the state space method to analyze the system reliability of a certain power distribution system,as well as to analyze the errors that occurred.This method was to ensure objectivity of the reliability assessment,and thus,it was of practical significance.
