摘要
风力发电场的建设中建立施工安全重大危险源预警机制,完善风电场建设施工应急救援体系是健全和提高风电场建设施工安全管理水平,实施安全生产与应急管理的重要内容。结合工程实际情况,对风电场的危险源辨识与应急管理进行一些初步的探讨。
In the construction of wind farms,it is essential to establish the early warning mechanism to tackle potential dangers and risks,and to perfect the emergence management and rescue system.Based upon the actual practice in the wind-power construction,together with the practical situation in the wind farm construction,this paper presents some discussions on identifying sources of dangers and risks,and the emergency management for wind power construction.
