观音合剂治疗肺脾气虚型小儿厌食症的临床研究

Clinical study of Guanyin mixture on infantile anorexia with lung and spleen deficiency

目的观察观音合剂治疗小儿厌食症(肺脾气虚型)的临床疗效,探讨观音合剂治疗小儿厌食症的作用机制。方法选取肺脾气虚型的厌食症患儿42例分为两组,分别用观音合剂和参苓白术合剂治疗,并运用放免检测技术测定血清瘦素(Leptin)和血浆胆囊收缩素(CCK)的含量。结果观音合剂组疗效优于参苓白术合剂组(P<0.05)。两组血清Leptin含量及血浆CCK含量治疗前后比较均有显著变化(P<0.01);两组对血清Leptin含量升高作用相仿(P>0.05);观音合剂组对血浆CCK含量降低作用优于参苓白术合剂组(P<0.05)。结论观音合剂能有效改善患儿厌食症状;能通过调节厌食症患儿血清Leptin和血浆CCK水平对食欲产生影响。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guanyin mixture on infantile anorexia with lung and spleen deficiency and investigate its mechanism.Methods All 42 children with lung and spleen deficiency of infantile anorexia were divided randomly into test group treated with Guanyin mixture and control group with Shenling Baizhu mixture,and the serum Leptin concentration and plasma CCK concentration were examined with radioimmunoassay.Results The effect of Guanyin mixture was superior to Shenling Baizhu mixture（P〈0.05）,the levels of plasma CCK and serum Leptin in both groups were higher after treatment（P〈0.01）;both medicines was similar to increasing the serum Leptin（P〉0.05）;and while Guanyin mixture was superior to Shenling Baizhu mixture in decreasing plasma CCK（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Guanyin mixture can improve effectively the situation of children＇s anorexia which may be acted in regulating the plasma levels of CCK and serum Leptin impact on appetite.
